Want To Make $200????
I have thought long and hard about making this post because I don't usually post things that aren't sewing or hobby related. But....As my travel habits have changed over the years, I find that I am seldom able to use my timeshare in Park City, Utah. As such, I have chosen to put it up for sale.
Just a note to let you know that I am a paralegal by training and this is not a scam! If you're at all interested....please read on.
So, here's the deal: Anyone who helps me get this unit sold will get $200 from me personally upon the closing. That means, if you send me the referral (directly) and I accept the offer and sell it, you get $200. That's it!
BUT remember, in order for you to get your $200 you must send the referral directly to me. WHY??? Because that's how my contract with Buy A Timeshare works. It allows me to find a buyer myself, which saves me money, and in turn I can PAY someone to help me out. WIN, WIN, WIN!!!!
To make it easier, I have just lowered the price from $5,000 to $2,100, *negotiable. Click on the link to see full listing and resort information: Timeshare.
As part of the 'negotiable' I have 2 previous year's weeks that I have banked (another week becomes available in March, 2010). I am open to renting these weeks out or including them in the sell price/contract.
Here is a little information (at a glance) about the resort and listing:
Park Regency
Park City, Utah
Ad #059496
The Park Regency beckons you to visit the white powder of Park City's ski slopes. You'll enjoy first-rate cross-country and downhill skiing in Utah's most popular resort area. The resort offers amenities such as picnic areas, a swimming pool, and a whirlpool. In summer and fall, you can enjoy boating, fishing, and waterskiing at Deer Creek or Jordanelle Reservoir, 10 miles away, or Rockport, about 20 miles away. Summer hot-air balloon festivals, art festivals, and other cultural activities accent warm-weather visits. Golf courses are within 30 minutes of the resort.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
