What To Post????

I've been opening the "New Post" window for days now and just can't seem to get to the actual writing and posting part.

You've no doubt noticed that I have started changing the look of my blog for Valentine's Day. Other than that....

Right now I'm looking at my wall calendar and I cannot believe that it's the 12th aready. Good grief! Could time possibly pass any faster? It seems like only 'yesterday' when we were all waiting to see if Y2K was going to change life as we knew it. Now, here we are beginning the second decade. WOW~

For me, the most baffling part is that I just don't know where the time goes. It seems there are always way too many things going on around here and yet there doesn't seem to be a lot getting done. LOL.

DH and I took a road trip over Christmas/New Year's and enjoyed being able to visit with my mom, brother and family in Phoenix, AZ., DH's brother and family in Yuma, AZ., and my Dad and step-mother in Riverside, CA. In all we put on a little over 2,600 miles by the time we got back home. Fritz was a real trooper for all of the time spent in the car. And DH and I have determined that Fritz really likes hotel rooms, too. LOL.

Well, I guess that's it for now. I'm still fighting the nightmare cold from HELL that I picked up along the trip. And I haven't finished unpacking and putting away my crafting supplies that I took with me.

I'll be back though....I have lots of photos to sort through, and some fun tales of our adventure (and other things). In the mean time, I hope everyone had (and is having) a good New Year (so far).

Until Next time...Happy Needling!!!

Hope you've kicked that cold by now. The Season Winter swap has been announced -- same rules just different hostess. Hope to see you.

Wow - you all did some traveling! Glad your trip went well and you're safely back home. Sounds like Fritz is quite the little traveler. Does he have a favorite motel chain? LOL

We were talking about the Y2 thing just the other day. What a big to do about nothing. We got caught up in the hysteria and drew extra cash out of the bank, had our cars gassed up, etc.

I've become such a wuzz about cold temps since we moved to Florida. It's been so unusally cold here in FL the past 10 days, but luckily our temps are going back up to normal by the end of the week.

Hope you kick that cold quickly and feel better.

Glad you had a good trip and always nice to connect with family.

Will look forward to seeing pics and hearing more about your trip.

You are not the only one. The weeks just fly by and I never feel like I have accomplished much. I need to stay away from this computer.

Hugs

Hi Gerry,
Long time no talk/see! Happy NewYear to you and hubby. You've got my number, right? I could have met ya over in Riverside at some cafe or whatever. Maybe next time? Hope you get over that cold soon.
Warm Hugs, Ing.
